Sustainable lifestyle and fashion brand, Reform Studio, launch their latest Rebel Series 02 collection, a sequel collection of handbags that is an active movement to support the sustainable change in the world today. Designing with a cause, Reform Studio is all about creating sustainable luxury through designing a whole range of high-end eco-friendly fashion and lifestyle products.

The original Rebel collection was launched during the outbreak of COVID-19, when world lockdowns refected beautifully on the Earth’s nature and atmosphere. The collection pays tribute to the importance of sustainability in a world as fragile as todays. The Rebel Series 02 collection, branched off the original collection, is inspired by the same notions, with every piece being a celebration of life and for a better and brighter future with an eco-friendly lifestyle.

With fashion and sustainability being a trending topic and many fashion houses shifting to become fully sustainable, brands like Reform Studio have been offering ecofriendly lifestyle and fashion items since 2012; being one of the pioneers of this feld in the Arab world. Reform Studio produce products created by people’s love and not machines, honoring the craftsmanship, and story of each piece. The brand is about skipping short-lived trends and seasonal collections, instead, designing individual pieces that can be styled differently and worn repeatedly. Reform Studio seek and use environmentally and socially sustainable practices at every step their process.

The latest collection includes 10 designs, ranging from different sized tote bags, belt bags to fanny packs, in an array of vibrant colors. The bags are handwoven from upcycled material which is washable and waterproof. Each bag contains an intricately designed label that says how many plastic bags were recycled to create the design, giving each consumer a feel that they positively contributed to the cause.

The collection’s campaign highlights the need to go sustainable, planting a plastic prop in the middle of the desert to depict the juxtaposition of waste and nature. Standing out, loud and clear, the waste is shown so obviously in the midst of nature, to portray that sustainable fashion is no longer optional.
