This authentic Peruvian restaurant, found at W Doha, offers a diverse fusion of globally influenced signature dishes alongside location-inspired plates, providing guests with an extensive culinary journey. The refreshed à la carte menu features beloved classics as well as innovative creations, ensuring a range of choices from refreshing ceviches to savoury Tiraditos and hearty Anticuchos with options of grilled fish, meat and vegetable skewers.

At the heart of COYA’s new menu are the star attractions, dishes meticulously crafted to tantalise taste buds and captivate visual senses. The Langostinos take centre stage – tiger prawns adorned with vibrant coriander and shiso leaves. Yuzu koshu and red chilli add zesty sparks to this visually striking dish. The Esparragos Blancos offers a symphony of delicate white asparagus and black truffle with egg yolk cream and pickled pearl onion, creating a harmonious and visually appealing masterpiece. Delicately pleated and perfectly pan-fried, the Gyoza de Wagyu boasts a golden-brown exterior that gives way to a savoury Wagyu beef filling, complemented by a hint of chilli oil. Lastly, the Falda de Res Wagyu is a true masterpiece, featuring a Wagyu skirt steak with garlic, jalapeno and black truffle, highlighting the succulence and tenderness of the beef. These culinary creations promise to be an exquisite journey for the senses.
