Sennheiser launches the next generation of the HD 660S open-back audiophile headphones.

The Sennheiser HD 660S2 is the new high-end open-back, dynamic headphone designed for passionate audiophiles.

The device builds on the previous HD 660S model and now offers an improved natural and relaxed high-fidelity sound signature that combines perfectly with its outstanding precision and exceptional comfort.

A highlighted feature this time around is the extended sub bass that expands the low-end by creating more space for the sound which in turn helps provide users a deeply moving audio experience.

The device uses an ultra-light aluminium voice coil with 300-ohm impedance for excellent impulse response and an intimate sound with great timbre.

The HD 660S2 also boast improved ventilation due to a uniquely powerful vented magnet system for minimal distortion and air displacement control through steel mesh damping.

The velour earpads are plush and have the right amount of tension for proper acoustic positioning and supple padding. While the ergonomically designed headband has a low total weight that rules out any potential discomfort on top of the head.

The new Sennheiser HD 660S2 headphones come with 6.3mm cable (1.8 m), 4.4mm cable (1.8 m), a 6.3mm to 3.5 mm adapter and a carry pouch. ✤
