Ring unveils its most advanced rechargeable battery doorbell.

Smart home security company, Ring, has introduced its latest battery-powered doorbell camera – the Battery Doorbell Pro. Loaded with cutting-edge features, it looks to provide unrivalled protection to all homes.

The device offers dynamic image processing and onboard compression to deliver life-like colour and sharpness whether users are watching a live view or a video recording from the previous night. It effectively provides a head-to-toe HD+ video in 1536p resolution, giving users an expanded field of view so they can clearly see the person at the front door.

The Battery Doorbell Pro also boasts radar-powered 3D Motion Detection that lets users configure Bird’s Eye View and Bird’s Eye Zones features, which show an aerial perspective of motion on the property in the Ring app. It also lets users pinpoint designated areas on the property and sends off alerts when motion is detected in those locations.

Moreover, the new Low-Light Sight function makes the most of illumination from streetlights or landscape lighting to ensure clear visibility during low-light conditions at night.
