A LATIN FEAST

Curiosa, the new Latin-inspired restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Doha, opens its doors to guests.

Four Seasons Hotel Doha unveiled Curiosa, in collaboration with renowned Michelin-starred Chef Jean-Georges. Inspired by rich Latin culture, it features an innovative menu created by Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten and helmed by Executive Chef Edgar Hurtado. The menu offers a diverse array of Latin-inspired bites designed to please exquisite tastes. Notable standouts are the Charred Octopus with smoked paprika crème fraîche and guajillo vinaigrette as well as the Organic Arroz Con Pollo with crackling skin and lemon zest. The restaurant also offers signature artisan drinks.

Chef Edgar says: “Curiosa is such an exciting concept, where the food is the perfect blend of cultures, textures, colours and flavours. I look forward to welcoming guests to discover the bursting flavours of the cuisine and the warm, vibrant spirit of Latin feasts.”

Exhibiting the hacienda style architecture of Latin-America and Spain, every aspect of Curiosa is firmly influenced by its vibrant culture. A large terrace area of newly landscaped gardens overlooks the Arabian Gulf. Indoors, the open kitchen serves as the focal point of the four separate dining rooms, including a private space, each area offering a unique experience. There’s a cosy bar as well, rich in deep green and yellow hues that mirror the indoor and outdoor setting. Various forms of art adorn every corner.

Warm and lively, Curiosa is the perfect destination to evoke curiosity. Food enthusiasts can discover the warmth and energy of Latin traditions in a vibrant setting and with globally-inspired dishes. The restaurant is open from Sunday to Friday, from noon to 3.30pm for lunch and thereafter, from 6.30pm to midnight. ✤
