Up, Up And Away!
The second edition of the Qatar Toy Festival, which concluded last week, proved to be even more successful than the hit inaugural festival last year.
A total of 109,654 people attended the festival this year – a 33 per cent increase from 2023.
Organised by Visit Qatar, the month-long festival was held at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre, hosting more than 50 international toy brands under one roof.
Buzzing with entertainment for children of all ages, the festival saw several performances, parades and competitions daily, making it the ultimate family-friendly destination this summer.
The festival’s total area spanned across more than 17,000 square metres with three new zones this year, bringing the total number of zones to 10: Preschool, Girls, Boys, Anime, Family, Movie Land, Stage, F&B, Theming Area and Retail.
Last year, more than 25 renowned toy brands were featured at the Qatar Toy Festival, including favourites such as Barbie, Blippi, Bluey, Cocomelon, Disney, HapeeCapee, Marvel, Fortnite, and Transformers among others.
Mr. Bean and Barney were among the new additions this year.
