THE WESTIN DOHA HOTEL AND SPA INTRODUCES NEW ‘EAT WELL’ CONCEPT

Westin created meals that promote healthy eating habits among all generations as being a wellness brand that helps guests to feel better.

The Westin Doha Hotel and Spa has announced its new ‘Eat Well’ concept inspired by the brand’s main pillar Eat Well for a healthier lifestyle.

Westin created meals that promote healthy eating habits among all generations as being a wellness brand that helps guests to feel better.  Four food categories were created to give foodies the opportunity to select dishes that please their palate: Low Calories, Vegan, Gluten-free and Keto Meals.

The meals were designed by the Westin’s in-house nutritionist and each dish consists of its exact composition in grams for carbs, protein and fat.

The menu concept was curated with a selection of nutritious dishes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. It also focuses on giving guests the freedom to select any dish they wish to eat or they can mix and match from any of the four menus. For example, guests can select the Hawaiian Tuna Bowl Salad from the low calory category along with the Keto Sushi from the Keto section and end it with the sticky toffee rice pudding with the caramel sauce from the gluten-free meals.

The menus are available at all venues Seasonal Tastes, Sabai Thai, Hunters Room and Grill, Waves Pool Café and Luxe Lounge, also for takeaway if guests that have a busy schedule, and on Talabat if they prefer to have it at the comfort of their home or at work.

“We are really excited to offer a one-of-a-kind concept. The “Eat Well” Menu will give the choice to our guests to select from any menu, any day or even daily . It is as a total body reset, completely healthy and nutritious,” said Ammar Samad, General Manager of The Westin Doha Hotel & Spa.

He added: “Our Eat Well Menu combines guided meals and snacks, low calories, vegan, gluten-free and keto dishes that allow customers to personalise their meals with options for those looking to improve their health and minimise food waste at home.”
