The reopening of Hadika, the hotel’s elegant outdoor garden restaurant, has been announced by The Ned Doha to welcome guests back for the new season.
Tucked within the hotel’s serene courtyard, Hadika offers a tranquil al fresco experience that celebrates the warmth and generosity of Levantine cuisine. Framed by lush greenery and soft lighting, the restaurant evokes the feeling of a private garden oasis, perfect for gatherings under the Doha night sky.
A celebration of regional flavours, Hadika’s menu features a selection of hot and cold mezze and signature mains crafted with authentic techniques and a contemporary touch. Guests can savour favourites such as Hummus Bil Laham, Muhammara, Chicken Liver with Pomegranate Molasses and the Arabic Mixed Grill, a generous spread of shish taouk, lamb kofta, kebab, lamb cutlets and prawns, served with sumac salad and signature dips.
Completing the experience are vibrant salads such as Fattoush with dibs el-remman, hearty Dawood Basha and the signature Kharof Mishwi, an eight-hour slow-cooked lamb shoulder with Arabic spices and pomegranate molasses gravy.

Complementing the culinary offering, Hadika also serves a curated selection of desserts, drinks and shisha, creating a social, welcoming atmosphere that transitions seamlessly from dinner to evening relaxation.
“Hadika captures the essence of the Levant, generous, flavourful and full of life,” said the team at The Ned Doha.
“As we reopen for the season, we look forward to welcoming both hotel guests and local residents to rediscover this timeless experience.”
Hadika is open daily from 6pm to midnight.
