Doha Food Fest by More Cravings returns to Qatar with a month-long festival.


Ongoing till October 31, food lovers in Doha can enjoy exciting culinary experiences across an array of the city’s top restaurants at Doha Food Fest. Specially crafted menus, buffets and culinary experiences, starting from QR80 per person, are available at participating venues throughout the festival.

More Cravings by Marriott Bonvoy recently announced the return of Doha Food Fest, a month-long celebration of Qatar’s opulent culinary offering, and a delightful experience for food lovers, serving as the ideal launchpad before the opening of the Qatar International Food Festival (QIFF) in November.

Spanning across an array of Doha’s leading restaurants, 11 hotels, and top chefs, guests will experience specially curated menus, exclusive dining and tasting experiences, cooking classes and much more. The Doha Food Fest programme will host activities including a delectable three-course set Southeast Asian menu available for lunch and dinner at Jean-Georges’ Spice Market at W Doha, expertly crafted by Chef Vongerichten.

The Sharq Village & Spa, a Ritz-Carlton Hotel will celebrate traditional Bedouin cuisine with the Zarb Dining Experience. While the hotel’s Persian Paradise dining experience, reminiscent of the grand Persian culture and cuisine, will come alive at Parisa with exotic signatures from a specially chef-crafted menu.

Furthermore, the lunch experience at Fuego at JW Marriott Marquis City Center Doha will allow guests to indulge in authentic Latin American flavours with a specially crafted menu by Chef Oscar Egmann.

The Marriott Marquis City Center Doha Hotel experience at New York Steakhouse will offer a Butcher’s Block menu featuring premium meat cuts from around the world. While at Crossroads Kitchen at the Marriott Marquis guests can enjoy an innovative lunch experience, featuring diverse street food flavours.

The St. Regis Doha culinary Journey will feature exclusive tasting menus from October 24 to 27 from Astor Grill, Al Sultan Brahim and Vine.

Moreover, Michelin-starred Chef Pino Lavarra will be hosting an exclusive cooking class on October 13 followed by a five-course dinner in the Food Lab at Al Messila, a Luxury Collection Resort and Spa, Doha. Additionally, attendees can enjoy a truly Italian menu at the celebrated restaurant, Veritas.

The Sheraton Doha will host two special events: Chef Hamdi Chaklabakji’s exclusive cooking class featuring the iconic dessert favourite Umm Ali, on October 19, and on October 21, the hotel will also host two Botanical Beverage Master Classes at Jamavar. Guests will be guided by professional mixologist Lalit Rane.

At The Ritz-Carlton, Doha’s STK Doha discover a unique culinary adventure with Le Petit Chef, an interactive dining experience with the world’s smallest chef. Guests will also enjoy exclusive set menus at the legendary Sel & Miel.

Two cooking master classes will be held at Westin Doha Hotel & Spa. On October 17, head to Hunters Room and Grill, and on October 19 Sabai Thai offers a culinary adventure where guests will explore authentic Thai dishes and learn how to cook them with Chef Pawichada.

At Marriott Executive Apartments City Center Doha, discover a special combo lunch featuring a choice of chicken, shrimp or beef favourites at Campagnia, a welcoming café with a comfortable vibe. Finally, experience the taste of Doha at Four Points by Sheraton’s Msheireb with a specially curated set menu of Arabic and Thai favourites. ✤
