The Iced V60 at People’s Specialty Coffee
The Iced V60 is light and fruity, a classic that invites you to slow down and tune out a world full of noise to focus on what matters. And the Iced V60 is what matters! It’s cold, it’s invigorating, it’s refreshing and it’s absolutely delicious. Also, it doesn’t contain any artificial additives, sugar or milk and it has only two ingredients: water and speciality coffee beans.
The premium single-origin beans are sourced from top-of-the-line farms in countries as far apart as Colombia and Ethiopia (among others) so the Iced V60’s flavour depends on a very precise Japanese flash-brew technique – a method where hot water is poured through ground coffee directly onto ice, chilling the brew instantly as it drips into a glass or cup – as well as the origin of the beans themselves.

And this summer’s menu includes fresh pressed juices such as mango, pineapple, orange, apple, lemon, guava and avocado with honey. The signature fruit smoothies feature refreshing choices including the Strawberry, Mango, Lemon and Orange Smoothies and Blueberry Delight.
