Spoil her with style this Eid

HALM handbags officially founded in Dubai, October 2017 by Swedish Creative Director Hanna Ransjö.

Each and every HALM bag is a numbered and signed limited edition piece. Timeless quality and functionality are the core of HALM, complimented by distinct Scandinavian aesthetics and design, relaxed understated luxe, and a certain ‘je ne sais quoi’. Each silhouette has been specifically designed to embrace the beauty and characteristics of 100% genuine leather and its unique natural grain.

Artisanal skill and true craftsmanship is celebrated at every stage of the process, the finest Italian, French + Swiss components, all personally sourced, selected and refined by the Creative Director whom has visited each artisan and manufacturer, and has collaborated with these long established European suppliers. Quality and attention to detail are at the core of the brand.

Initial inspiration, sketching, development, specifications and technical drawings, production of prototypes and further samples are all carefully considered and executed in Dubai. Drawing on perpetual inspiration from art, culture, architecture, design and nature, HALM’s aim is to create and share their vision of contemporary, timeless design. HALM is where quality meets versatility, through silhouettes exuding an effortless laid-back style and attitude that transcends trends and seasons, using sumptuous textures and a rich palette of classic neutrals and vibrant tones.

Working against throwaway fashion, mass production, ephemeral trends, valuing the traditional talent of artisans and true craftsmen and women, cherishing the authenticity of exquisite natural leather hides, appreciating a beautifully crafted bag that will evolve year after year more gracefully.

HALM are continually working on their sustainability ethics in many areas, one aim is for zero percent waste; this can be difficult to carry out and control with our use of natural hides, therefore they create small leather goods from the scraps of leather or collect and donate them to local schools for their art projects.
