With four cuisines and four limited-edition dishes there are plenty of flavours to discover each week at Shanghai Me this month.
This September, Shanghai Me celebrates East & Southeast Asian Heritage Month with a four-week culinary journey, spotlighting the flavours, traditions and stories of four distinctive cuisines from across the region.
Beginning September 1, Shanghai Me will introduce a different limited-edition dish each week as part of its Hanami Nights menu, creating a new culinary chapter for guests to discover throughout the month. Each special will be available during its featured week only.
The journey begins in China with Chicken with Black Bean Sauce, followed by Japanese Beef Curry in week two. The third week turns to Vietnam with a comforting Short Rib Pho, before concluding in Thailand with an indulgent Lobster Pad Thai.
