Cardioid mics pick up sounds from the front only and condenser mics are very sensitive to sound, which allows this product to offer a sharp audio quality. The Profile USB Microphone has three fundamental controls: Gain Control to adjust the sensitivity of the mic, effectively setting the level for users’ sessions. Mix Control can be used to balance the microphone with users’ device audio and monitor what matters most in the mix. A dedicated Volume Control is available to set headphone audio levels, while a softtouch mute button allows users to silence their microphone discreetly.
