Combat sports fans can already mark their calendars: ONE Championship will return to Doha next spring, bringing another night of elite martial arts action to Aspire Dome.

ONE Championship is heading back to Qatar. The world’s largest martial arts organisation will return to Aspire Dome on March 26, 2027, promising another evening of top-level competition across MMA, Muay Thai, kickboxing and submission grappling. The event marks the start of a renewed three-year partnership between ONE Championship and Visit Qatar, ensuring the promotion will continue bringing its flagship events to the country over the coming years. Building on the success of ONE 166 in 2024 and ONE 171 in 2025, the agreement reinforces Qatar’s growing role on the international martial arts calendar.

Held at Aspire Dome, the 2027 edition is expected to feature World Championship-calibre bouts alongside some of the brightest Middle Eastern talent competing against international stars. As in previous editions, the fight card will combine several combat sports on one bill, giving spectators the chance to watch different disciplines throughout the evening rather than focussing solely on mixed martial arts. The full fight card has yet to be announced, but organisers have confirmed that elite athletes from across the organisation’s roster will return to Doha. More details are expected in the months leading up to the event. For combat sports fans, it’s one date to keep firmly in the diary. ✤
