The introduction of this quirky lunchtime offering reflects Japan’s rich cultural heritage, bringing much loved classics to an inquisitive culinary audience. Led by Chef Masaharu Morimoto, the restaurant invites guests to experience the historical roots of Japanese gastronomy, with the conception of Bento Boxes originating from the Kamakura period, BC.

Delve into a unique storytelling experience, whilst prioritising a balanced lunch, with the option to choose from four unique Bento Boxes, including Chicken Katsu Don, Oyako Don, Unagi Don and Beef Don, all of which will sit on a bed of sticky rice to offer a true taste of Japan in every bite. Guests enjoying this carefully curated experience can enjoy a personalised lunch offering, pairing their selected box with a choice of appetiser of either Salad, Gyoza, Sashimi or Tempura.
