Mandarin Oriental, Doha recently announced its participation in the 6th Edition of Goût de France/Good France at IZU restaurant, ongoing till October 22. The annual Goût de France event celebrates the vitality of French cuisine, forging ties between chefs around the world. From haute cuisine to quality bistro food, restaurants are invited to offer French-inspired meals and participate in this great celebration.

IZU restaurant is offering guests a Goût de France special three-course set menu priced at QR350 per person during the event’s weeklong promotion. With dishes created using the finest produce and showcasing French Mediterranean cuisine with surprising layers of flavours inspired by Chef Izu’s travels.

The limited-time menu is available for dinner from 6 to 11pm at IZU’s mezzanine level, providing a refined and congenial ambience. Menu highlights include Chef Izu’s signature dishes, for starters a choice of traditional Niçoise salad or a warm green bean salad with foie gras terrine. For the main courses a choice of sea bream fillet baked in papillote with tomato confit or spicy marinated lamb cutlets.

To end the evening with desserts, a choice of a classic Crème Brûlée with Madagascar vanilla or a Brioche French Toast. Available for QR350 per person, till October 22 at 6 to 11pm. L
