The vibrant Peruvian restaurant, at W Doha Hotel & Residences, is proudly supporting efforts to raise awareness for the early detection of cancer in women throughout October, aligning with the brand’s values to celebrate life and bring communities together.
The Pink October lunch and dinner menus, running until October 31, consist of specially curated dishes such as Ceviche Rosado GF (seabass ceviche with vibrant flavours from dragon fruit, pickled rhubarb, grapefruit, and hibiscus caviar), Pollo de Jora (chicken supreme infused with barley and chicha morada), Flan con moras y chocolate (lime flan with passion fruit curd, a refreshing berry sorbet and a special chocolate cage) and Bella Dama (coconut milk, coconut syrup, pineapple juice, and blend of hibiscus and rose cordials).
COYA will donate 10% of its proceeds to Qatar Cancer Society in support of cancer awareness giving diners the chance to enjoy a unique culinary experience while contributing to a meaningful cause.
