Things are heating up at Qatar International Food Festival with the announcement that the Open Fire Food Festival will join the event’s already impressive lineup.

Curated and presented by US TV comedian and host Steve Harvey, the two-day activation is set to bring a bold celebration of outdoor cooking and flame-grilled flavours to the 974 Stadium Precinct on January 16 and 17.

The event will bring together award-winning pitmasters and outdoor chefs from the US, showcasing live-fire cooking, signature flame dishe, and interactive culinary demonstrations within a lively, family-friendly setting. Alongside Steve Harvey, renowned open-fire chefs Melissa Cookston, Moe Cason and Bob Trudnak will be exploring themes around cooking, barbecuing and their journeys within the world of open-fire cuisine.
