Ensuring High Standards Of Service

Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) Academy has hosted a training course, in partnership with Alfardan Premier Motors Co., in Qatar for new JLR employees from across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

The course is part of JLR’s efforts to support lifelong education and development and emphasises the company’s commitment to the Middle East region and ensuring the highest standards of service and knowledge across different markets. Alfardan Premier Motors is the official JLR retailer in Qatar.

Stemming from the two companies’ joint responsibility to provide, enhance and transfer expertise and knowledge, this programme is a joint initiative to improve the automotive sector, develop the capabilities of local and regional talents, focus on innovation and enhance participants’ knowledge of the latest developments in the automotive sector.

This falls in line with JLR’s ‘Reimagine’ strategy that aims to deliver a sustainability-rich vision of modern luxury by design and focuses on JLR’s leadership in the fields of sustainability, electric vehicles and developing the latest technologies.

The course aims to onboard and align new employees with JLR’s brand values, products and business practices and showcases its commitment to excellence in the MENA region by investing in comprehensive training and development programmes.

It also reflects both JLR and Alfardan Premier Motors’ dedication to furthering the growth and expertise of JLR’s workforce, to realise the company’s vision of providing inspiring and thought‑provoking experiences for all of its staff, from apprentices through to the company’s leaders.

The training course took place from September 16-19 at Alfardan Automotive’s Training Academy, a state-of-the-art facility that reflects the company’s dedication to providing the highest levels of service for its customers.
