Ruby Wu’s, Radisson Blu Hotel, Doha’s popular Chinese restaurant, has announced the launch of its newly revamped menu.

Established in 2007, Ruby Wu’s has remained unparalleled with its authentic offerings created by Chef Austin Yang, a culinary expert from Dalian city in China.

The restaurant has received numerous accolades for its commitment to excellence over the years, winning the 2012 Time Out Doha Restaurant Award for Best Chinese Restaurant; receiving the 2016 Time Out Doha Restaurant Award for Highly Commended Best Chinese; winning the 2016 and 2018 FACT Dining Awards for Favorite Chinese Restaurant in Doha and receiving the 2018-2019 Time Out Doha Restaurant Awards for Highly Commended Best Chinese.

Guests can now enjoy an expanded selection of dishes featuring a range of options, beginning from vibrant appetisers like the Chilled Sea Scallop with Spinach Salad in Mustard Sauce; the upgraded Deep-Fried Prawn with Wasabi Mayonnaise; Marinated Beef and Spicy Cabbage in Szechuan Sauce; and the ever-popular Roasted Peking Duck (served in two distinct ways).

New additions to the dim sum selection include Lamb Dumpling, while the soup menu has additional variations like the Hot and Sour Shrimp Wonton and Clear Soup with Scallop, Prawn, Mussels, Bean Curd, and Seaweed.

The restaurant has also expanded its vegetarian fare to include dishes such as Sauteed Baby Pak Choi with Garlic Sauceand Baked Broccoli with Taro Sauce.

Also, the new menu features everyone’s favorite, Yang Zhou Fried Rice, along with other noodle and rice selections like Crispy Egg Noodles with Prawn, Scallop, Squid and Vegetables, Fried Egg Noodles with Shrimp and Squid with Bean Sprouts, and Fried Rice with Egg, Assorted Vegetables and Porcini Mushroom topped with Spring Onions.

And, of course, the desserts, with exciting options like Mango Pomelo Sago, Pandan Pancake with Palm Sugar and Coconut Stuffing, and Pineapple Tart with Vanilla Sauce, will surely provide a perfect ending to your meal.
