There are two awards in each category:
\n\u2018Favourite\u2019 decided by an online vote and \u2018Best\u2019 decided by our editorial panel.<\/h5>\n<\/article>\n

We will be bringing together a panel of the FACT team and reports from mystery shoppers and public votes, as well as analytics our team gathers for each outlet to decide the winners in each category.<\/p>\n

Each restaurant is scored on the following criteria:<\/p>\n

– FOOD <\/b><\/p>\n

(which includes the food presentation, the menu composition, the taste and the value for money)<\/p>\n

– SERVICE<\/b><\/p>\n

– AMBIENCE<\/b><\/p>\n

The public use online voting to decide the Favourite winners in their categories. Nominations can be promoted by participating restaurants to create maximum awareness and attract votes by means of the official voting button (marketing collateral supplied by FACT ME) that will be provided in advance.<\/p>\n
