A new look and innovative dishes are on the menu at award-winning Indian restaurant Chingari.
The eatery at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Doha, has been serving authentic Indian cuisine for nearly 30 years. And now it’s been given a vibrant new look to match its name, which means spark in Hindi.
Warm tones and soft mood lighting create a cosy yet elegant atmosphere, offering an inviting space to enjoy an unforgettable dining experience – all while being serenaded by the soulful charm of the live ghazal singers, a signature feature and longtime guest favourite. Private dining rooms are also available for those seeking a more intimate setting or business-friendly space.
A stylish new entertainment area greets diners on arrival, setting the tone for an evening of indulgence and charm while, in a quest for modern convenience, Chingari now offers a fully digital menu. Traditional favourites appear alongside innovative flavours, such as Sunheri Jhinga, Murgh Malai Kebab, Bukani Kebab, Barrah Chaaps and more, as well as a selection of classic Indian desserts, including Malai Pista Kulfi and Shahi Tukda.
To complement the menu, Chingari’s signature drinks offer a refined finish, adding a sophisticated touch to a memorable evening.
