The chart storming DJ duo will be on the decks at The Garden at Doha Golf Club on May 31 for a one-off night of great beats and superb atmosphere.

The English DJ and production team consists of Dave Whelan and Mike Di Scala, who got together in Liverpool in 2006, having met in one of the city’s record stores. Initially they brought out music under various names but in 2010, they released their first recordings as CamelPhat on their own Vice Records label.

They initially wore wrestling masks to conceal their identity because they “just wanted the people to judge the music and not us”.  The following year, they became owners of a Liverpool nightclub, Mansion, while continuing to make music.

Commercial success came in 2017 with their single Cola, which peaked at number three on the UK Dance Chart and number 18 on the UK Singles Chart. They have since joined in numerous musical collaborations, including with Rhodes and Yannis Philippakis of Foals, and were nominated at the 60th Annual Grammy Awards
