A funky new electric Fiat 500e debuted in Qatar alongside the Abarth 500e, at Alfardan Sports Motors.

Showcased at a special event at the company’s state-of-the-art service facility, this unveiling highlighted the brands’ bold shift toward sustainable, connected mobility solutions.

Iconic Italian design meets electric innovation in the new Fiat 500e. The exterior retains the instantly recognisable silhouette that has defined the model for generations, now refined with chrome detailing, full LED ‘infinity’ lighting, sculpted bumpers and an ingenious third rear-hinged door exclusive to the 3+1 version. Inside, the feel is minimalist with eco-leather seating, a soft-touch wrapped dashboard and advanced digital features, including a 10.25-inch high-definition touchscreen and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

Powered by an 87kW electric motor paired with a 42kWh battery, with fast charging up to 85kW, the 500e can travel up to 320km on a single charge and zooms from 0-100km/h in just nine seconds.

Promising premium efficiency and style this fully electric vehicle aligns effortlessly with Qatar’s goals under Vision 2030.

Abarth 500e

This new offering takes the adrenaline-fuelled spirit of the brand into the future with aggressive styling that includes dynamic bumpers, a prominent rear diffuser and distinctive 17- or 18- inch alloy wheels accented by Acid Green Scorpion hubcaps. An unmistakable statement of intent!

The cabin reflects Abarth’s motorsport pedigree with a driver-centric layout available in Tecnoprene or Alcantara. A three-spoke sporty steering wheel, premium double-stitched seats embossed with the iconic Scorpion emblem and digital interfaces with exclusive Abarth graphics create a cockpit designed to thrill.

Under the bonnet, is a potent 114kW electric motor. Sprinting from 0-100km/h in under seven seconds the Abarth 500e boasts the brand’s unique AVAS acoustic system, simulating the engine note to preserve the emotional connection of performance driving. Both models are equipped with advanced driver assistance systems, including adaptive cruise control, urban blind spot monitoring and emergency braking — delivering safety, confidence, and innovation in every drive.
