Two therapists. One ritual. Every angle, restored. Sirine Boudjadi finds out what happens when body, skin and hair are treated in perfect sync at Doha’s Bioskinspa, no self-care required, just a return to herself.
Some spa days make you choose: body, face or hair. At Bioskinspa, the team welcomed me to experience Wellness 360, the spa’s signature wellness ritual, and I didn’t have to choose at all. It isn’t three treatments combined; it’s one synchronised ritual, where body, skin and hair are restored simultaneously. I naturally assumed I’d be waving goodbye to the rest of my afternoon. Not quite. I soon discovered that two therapists would be looking after me at the same time. Now that’s luxury.
The whole concept is less about dramatic before-and-after results and more about pressing pause, with the glow coming as a very welcome bonus. If your calendar is permanently full but your nervous system is begging for a break, this is the kind of timeout you’ll actually manage to fit in.

Double The Hands, Double The Bliss
After a quick chat with Khouloud, the Area Manager, I headed upstairs, slipped under the blanket and let the synchronised ritual begin. My only job? Picking a massage oil. Oud, lavender, lemongrass or ginger lily. I went with the latter.
From there, everything happened almost at once. While one therapist worked the Golden Scrub over my body, the other slowly combed through my scalp with a wooden comb before massaging in a detoxifying oil. Instead of feeling busy, it felt incredibly fluid.
After the scrub, I braced myself for what is, in my opinion, the worst part of any treatment: the bit where you’re asked to get up, shuffle over to the shower and completely ruin the bliss. Except… that never happened. Warm towels replaced the rinse, every last grain disappeared, and I stayed exactly where I wanted to be: cosy and somewhere between awake and asleep. More spas should do this! The massage focussed on the front of the body, so the facial and hair rituals could happen simultaneously. It started with foot reflexology before moving up my legs, across my stomach and towards my upper body. The ginger lily oil smelt incredible, the pressure was deep but not painful, and plenty of attention was given to the neck and trapezius muscles, where most of us carry the week’s stress.

While all of this was happening, my face was getting just as much attention with the Kobeetox facial, using Biosphere, Bioskinspa’s own Swiss-made skincare line. It started with the X² Cleanser from the Detox Line to deeply cleanse and gently exfoliate, before a cocktail of serums was selected according to my needs, along with the 3R Relaxing Eye Serum to help tackle puffiness and tired-looking eyes. A twin-ball facial massager stimulated circulation and the Beetox Royal Mask was applied. Made with bee venom, royal jelly and firming peptides, it’s designed to leave the skin looking smoother, plumper and deeply hydrated, the kind of fresh, well-rested glow that usually gets credited to eight hours of sleep. Once it came off, the signature Kobeetox massage took over with slow sculpting movements, leaving my complexion brighter.
My favourite part? The Keratin Silk Infusion. Haircare is usually something we leave to the salon, but I genuinely think we’re overlooking how relaxing these rituals can be. Nourishing creams and oils were slowly worked in before a gentle steam dome helped everything absorb, and somewhere along the way I drifted into that state where you’re not quite asleep but definitely not thinking about your inbox either.
The real highlight came next: an unhurried scalp massage using wooden combs and a selection of gua sha tools to stimulate circulation. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, a soft arc of warm water began flowing over my neck, scalp and hair. It sounds almost too simple, but combined with the massage, it was pure bliss. And, as a nice bonus, my hair felt incredibly soft by the end.

Why It Works
Somewhere along the way, I stopped trying to wonder who was doing what, and I think that’s exactly the point. One minute, my feet were being worked on through reflexology while warm water trickled over my neck and a scalp massage erased every remaining thought in my head. The next, my face and abdomen were getting taken care of in perfect harmony. I liked that, once I was in that bubble, nothing pulled me back out. No waiting around for a mask to develop, no hopping off the treatment bed halfway through, no awkward pauses… Before I got up, one therapist gently helped me sit up before easing any stiffness with a final neck and shoulder massage. She checked that I was feeling good and asked whether I’d like my hair dried or simply brushed. A cup of herbal tea appeared a few moments later, giving me a little more time before stepping back into the real world. Every angle of me, restored.
