BENEFIT COSMETICS UNVEILS A PINK RAMADAN GAME SHOW MIXING FUN AND ENTERTAINMENT WITH GIVING BACK TO THE COMMUNITY

This Ramadan, Benefit Cosmetics brings together ten of the biggest regional YouTubers and TikTokers on an exciting game show with a unique twist. Viewers and fans of the brand should expect a Ramadan game show series on YouTube and TikTok with Benefit’s unique blend of laughter, crazy challenges, and all-around fun. The influencers compete to contribute the highest number of points which unlock levels of Benefit’s support for a non-profit organization supporting women in Saudi Arabia. 

To engage with its community and fan base, Benefit will encourage viewers to use the campaign specific gamified TikTok Effect throughout the month of Ramadan for a chance to win 2 flight tickets to San Francisco. Benefit Middle East is the first beauty brand to create a custom gamified Effect in collaboration with TikTok.

Benefit Cosmetics has been celebrating every month of Ramadan with a digital campaign since 2018. Each year, the brand releases a Ramadan series that focuses on a key value of the holy month. 

To align with the Ramadan value of giving back to our community, the campaign will serve an overarching bigger purpose. Benefit has partnered with AlNahda Society, a non-profit organization based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia which implements programs to empower women and girls socially and economically through educational, mentorship, and financial initiatives. AlNahda’s CEO, Dr. Miznah Al Omair, stops by the show to inspire the cast in the first episode.

The brand will be mobilizing its social media platforms and regional audience to raise awareness on behalf of the non-profit foundation. Benefit will be contributing with makeup training seminars, a dedicated internship program, and participating in the foundation’s career seminars to support beneficiaries of AlNahda Society.

Benefit’s Ramadan game show is hosted by game master Yara Ayoob, Regional Brow & Beauty expert at Benefit. The cast is made up of female creators with an impressive audience and impact including: Bessan Ismail, Yusur & Maryam Al Khalidi, Rawan, Rayan & Raghad, Saba Shamaa as well as Supersisters, Lana & Leen. Asala Maleh will be making a special appearance as co-host.

The brand’s regional YouTube channel currently has an audience of over 1 million subscribers and 500,000 TikTok followers with content primarily focused on engagement and female empowerment.
