Aleph Doha Residences, Curio Collection by Hilton held a successful, two-day Women in Leadership workshop, designed to inspire and empower its female team members.

The workshop aimed to enhance leadership skills, foster confidence and build resilience, equipping participants with the ability to lead with authenticity and strength in today’s dynamic professional landscape.

The programme was attended by six team members, representing various levels of the organisation, from entry-level roles to management positions. Throughout the workshop, participants gained actionable strategies for leadership, focusing on cultivating a commanding presence, managing relationships and refining their leadership styles in diverse environments.
