The ninth edition of Qatar Sustainability Week has been announced by Earthna Center for a Sustainable Future (Earthna).

A national campaign, Qatar Sustainability Week, organised by Earthna and scheduled to run from September 28 to October 5, aims to engage the community in a wide range of sustainability-oriented activities raising awareness among the wider public and showcasing the progress Qatar has made in sustainability initiatives.

The week-long campaign serves as a unique platform to promote the nation’s sustainability vision as well as community engagement with relevant stakeholders under an overarching umbrella to achieve the nation’s sustainable development goals.

The annual weekly campaign has seen more than 600,000 members of the public engaging in sustainability initiatives, activities and events across Qatar over the past eight years.

Established by Qatar Foundation (QF), Earthna Center for a Sustainable Future is a non-profit policy research and advocacy organisation to promote and enable a coordinated approach to environmental, social and economic sustainability and future prosperity.
