From the vibrant streets of the Italian city, Paper Moon offers Qatar a whole range of new dishes to try.

Known for delivering authentic Italian cuisine, Paper Moon has rolled out a lush, new menu, combining traditional recipes with a modern twist.

A testament to the restaurant’s commitment to using only the freshest seasonal ingredients, guests can embark on a culinary journey indulging in the juicy King Crab, served with confit cherry tomatoes and a tantalising shellfish emulsion. The Calamaretto Spillo features seared baby squid atop roasted potato foam, complemented by a Mediterranean vinaigrette. Seafood lovers will rejoice over the Selezione Di Tartare, a curated selection of tuna, red prawns and amberjack, while the creamy Burrata Pugliese elegantly pairs with zucchini, Taggiasca olives, baked datterini tomatoes, fresh basil and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

Main course highlights include the classic Spaghetto Gentile with clams, a rich porcini mushroom risotto graced with 24-month-aged parmesan, and the ever-popular Pizza Burrata, decorated with tomato, burrata, datterini tomatoes and fresh basil.

Since no Italian experience is complete without a sweet ending, the new dessert menu boasts classics like the tiramisù with soft ladyfingers layered in mascarpone cheese and coffee, and the creamy pannacotta, adorned with almond crumble and a luscious raspberry sauce.

In addition to its regular menu, Paper Moon Doha’s Business Lunch offers a curated selection of Italian favourites, available from Sunday to Thursday, from 12pm to 4pm. Choose from a two-course meal at QR75 or three courses for QR95.

And Friday and Saturday are brunch days, where all the favourite dishes are generously served directly to the table, complemented by unlimited sips from 12pm to 4pm.
