Taverna-style eatery Mykonos has launched a new seasonal menu inspired by the spirit and flavours of the Greek Islands.
Set against a backdrop of olive trees, a serene poolside terrace and the sounds of live bouzouki music, Mykonos Doha offers an authentic escape to the Greek islands – no passport required. Known for its modern take on a traditional Greek taverna, the venue now unveils a new seasonal menu crafted by Chef Nikolas Matsas, celebrating the vibrant ingredients and soulful cooking of the Mediterranean.
This season, the modern taverna introduces a thoughtful selection of dishes, masterfully curated by Chef Nikolas, a native of Greece who blends generations of culinary tradition with a refined, contemporary touch. The new menu is a celebration of both simplicity and depth – a journey through land and sea, built on seasonal produce, regional cheeses and freshly caught seafood.



Diners can expect to encounter marinated anchovies cured in citrus and olive oil and a light yet flavourful seabass salad dressed in dill oil and creamy mayo, finished with crisp peas and microgreens. Chargrilled octopus is elevated with sweet cherry tomatoes, valeriana leaves and mountain oregano, while baked hammour is enriched with wild greens, fresh dill and a velvety avocado mousse.
Heartier options include the Moschari Youvetsi, a comforting dish of slow-braised beef with orzo and melted Naxos gruyere, and the Agginara, a vibrant artichoke and fennel salad brightened by mint, apple and smoky Metsovone cheese. To end, golden loukoumades – Greek-style mini donuts drizzled with honey – offer a sweet, nostalgic finale.
With its warm, whitewashed interiors, elegant poolside setting and carefully curated grape list showcasing regional Greek offerings, Mykonos is more than just a place to eat – it’s a place to celebrate.
