The much-anticipated Signature Affair returns to the lavish Morimoto Doha – located in the stunning Mondrian Doha – as, for one night only, the MICHELIN Select restaurant unites with Westholme to introduce the Marbling Brunch by Blade: a limited-edition experience bringing together the exquisite marbling of Westholme Wagyu with the sharp precision of Morimoto’s culinary style.
Priced at QR599 for the Soft Package and QR899 for the Enhanced Package, this exclusive culinary journey will take place on September 12from 6pm – 11pm, designed to captivate only the most sophisticated gourmands, with a menu that redefines luxury from the first slice to the last bite. The Marbling Brunch by Blade starts with an array of appetisers and small plates, such as Wagyu Beef Gyoza, Kushiyaki, King Crab Salad, Mini Beef Sliders, Wagyu Sando and more, followed by a selection of freshly handcrafted sushi, including maki rolls, sashimi and nigiri.
For the main course, guests can choose between the 10oz Wagyu Tenderloin or Sirloin, or opt for the Sole Fish, all served with Sautéed Asian Greens, Wagyu Tallow Fries & Selection of Sauces. To further elevate the experience, Morimoto will present an array of live stations, including an Oyster Bar serving Fine de Claire oysters with condiments, a Soup Station offering rich Wagyu Beef Ramen, Signature Corns featuring delicate, crisp corn shells filled with Beef Tartare and a Live Carving Station showcasing Slow-Cooked Brisket paired with house-made sauce.
