Layali Al Louloua, a new outdoor Ramadan destination created to offer a distinctive Iftar and Suhour experience, is situated on the fifth floor of the hotel and is now welcoming guests.

The venue introduces a fresh approach to Ramadan evenings, combining atmosphere, variety and a sense of connection in a setting designed for families, friends, and groups to gather with ease.

Envisioned as a new concept for this year, ‘Layali Al Louloua – Nights of The Pearl’ presents an evolving culinary journey throughout the Holy Month. The menus are designed to change regularly, encouraging guests to return and discover new selections and flavours at every visit. The experience brings together a broad mix of Arabic favourites and international cuisine, complemented by live cooking stations and grill specialities that add a vibrant setting to both Iftar and Suhour.

Guests can explore an extensive selection that includes traditional cold and hot mezze, fresh salads, soups, sushi varieties and multiple hot buffet rotations featuring regional rice dishes, seafood preparations, grilled meats and vegetarian options. Live stations such as lamb ouzi carving, shawarma, saj, manakeesh, pasta and crepes add to the dynamic nature of the dining experience, while dessert stations present a generous assortment of Middle Eastern and international sweets.

With the capacity to host up to 450 guests, the venue is ideally suited for intimate family gatherings as well as larger group bookings, complemented by live instrumental entertainment featuring soothing melodies inspired by the spirit of the season, enhancing the relaxed open-air ambiance.

Iftar is available at QR295 per person and QR150 per child aged six to 12. Suhour is offered at QR250 per person and QR125 per child aged six to 12. Preferential rates are available for group reservations, and Layali Al Louloua is featured on The Entertainer with select offers available throughout the month.

“Having spent over six years in Doha and being part of several large-scale Ramadan experiences across the city, I have come to appreciate how this season brings people together,” said Luigi Goytizolo Vasquez, Executive Chef at Hilton Doha The Pearl.

“With Layali Al Louloua, our focus was on elevating the dining journey by bringing together authentic Middle Eastern flavours and diverse culinary influences in a way that reflects the true spirit of Ramadan. I am proud to work alongside a talented team of chefs and this year we have welcomed additional culinary talent from across the Middle East to further enrich the experience. Together, we have crafted menus that evolve throughout the month, offering guests variety, authenticity and a memorable connection through food and atmosphere.”

Layali Al Louloua is now open daily throughout Ramadan for Iftar from sunset until 8.30pm and for Suhour from 10pm to 2am.
