The first Punjab Food Festival at Bombay Balti, the popular curry house at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Doha, promises a flavour-packed experience.
A buffet invites guests to try classic Punjabi dishes such as Murgh Ka Shorba, Amritsari Macchi, Rogan Gosht and Baingan ka Bharta (and more) to go with different kinds of salads, assorted naans and a selection of rotis.
Live cooking shows add to the welcoming ambience while a variety of delicious desserts will satisfy those with a sweet tooth.
Punjabi cuisine is renowned for its unique blend of fragrant spices, herbs and seasonings, resulting in dishes laden with richness and texture.
Inaugurated on June 4, the festival runs every day from 6pm to 11pm till June 14.
