World Wide Walls: Doha returns for its third edition from December 3-9, presented by Qatar Museums’ Public Art programme.
In Al Aziziyah, 14 incredible artists – including two talented Qataris and 12 international artists – will add to the urban fabric of the neighbourhood. It’s a celebration of art, culture and unity that you would not want to miss. Experience the magic of art by being a part of the festival.
A global initiative focussed on transforming communities through public art, especially striking murals created by international and local artists, World Wide Walls was founded by Jasper Wong and made its debut in Honolulu in 2010. Since then, it has left its artistic mark on 25 cities around the world, all with one shared goal – to make our cities even more beautiful and our communities closer.
World Wide Walls shows how creativity can foster community spirit and enhance urban environments, thus representing a significant movement in public art and making art a vital part of public life.
